About these terms
These sample terms describe the relationship between CallWave Studio LLC and customers using the CallWave website and AI phone-agent service. CallWave helps businesses answer calls, handle everyday requests and bring in their team when a person is needed. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any plan details or order form agreed with CallWave. You must have authority to accept terms on behalf of your business.
Using the service
Use CallWave for lawful business communications and provide accurate information about your business, services and availability. You are responsible for the instructions you give your agent, the workflows you connect and any notices or permissions needed for recording or processing calls. Do not use the service for spam, deception, harassment or unauthorised access to information. CallWave is not intended for emergency calls or decisions that require professional judgement.
Accounts and access
Keep your account details secure and give access only to people authorised to work on your business’s behalf. You are responsible for activity within your account and for keeping your contact and billing details up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may limit access when necessary to investigate misuse or protect the service.
Plans and payment
Your order form confirms your plan, included usage, billing frequency and any additional charges before service begins. In this fictional example, Starter is $99 per month, Team is $249 per month and Custom is priced by agreement; these are illustrative product prices. Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period; any refund or unused-credit arrangement is set out in your order form.
Service scope
CallWave uses AI to answer questions and assist with the workflows you configure, including appointment requests and team handoffs. AI responses may contain mistakes, and availability can depend on phone providers, connected tools and the information you supply. Test your agent before enabling it, review important actions and keep a suitable human fallback in place. We may improve features or carry out maintenance and will communicate material changes where appropriate.
Ownership and materials
You retain ownership of the business information, recordings and other materials you provide. You give CallWave permission to process those materials to deliver and support the service, including through the providers needed to operate it. CallWave retains ownership of its software, interface, brand and documentation. These terms do not give either party ownership of the other party’s materials or permission to use its brand without consent.
Ending the service
You may cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting our team. We may suspend or end access for serious misuse, unpaid invoices or activity that puts the service or other users at risk, and will provide notice where practical. When access ends, connected workflows stop running. In this sample setup, you have 30 days to request an export before account data is removed according to our retention policy.
Other legal terms
The service is provided subject to the plan and responsibilities agreed between you and CallWave. Nothing in these sample terms is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a disagreement arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it together. Any governing law, dispute process, liability limits and additional business terms would be confirmed in the customer’s signed agreement.
